My choice is Independence Day. Loved that movie!

I didn’t read the list, nor any other comments because I didn’t want to be influenced. The first that comes to mind is Independence Day. I know it had the silly aliens invading our planet premise, but it still was a major feel-good for me as they show clips of people all over the world celebrating taking back our planet. The Patriot was a little too depressing to me, seeing the cost Mel Gibson endured with the loss of so many of his children. Haven’t seen Lincoln yet, but heard many good things. Zero Dark Thirty began a little slowly for me, but man when it picked up, it really picked up and made me so proud of the braveness of our military.
And strangely enough, White Christmas, just because it showed the love and loyalty so many WWII vets had for their retired general. Not to mention, the music was to die for.

I loved Zero Dark Thirty, although the torture scenes were a bit hard to watch. Booed when I saw a Chuck Norris movie on the list. Can’t abide that man.
